How we identify, review, and correct errors - and how you can report inaccurate information.
How we identify, review, and correct errors - and how you can report inaccurate information.
Travel regulations can change. Even when information is accurate at the time of publication, updates to Curaçao entry requirements, DI Card procedures, or visa rules can make previously correct information outdated.
When we identify outdated or incorrect information - whether through our own monitoring, reader reports, or official source updates - our editorial team reviews the relevant page and updates it as soon as reasonably possible.
We are committed to transparency: we do not silently delete inaccurate content. Where significant corrections are made to published articles, the correction is noted in the article where appropriate.
When official Curaçao entry requirements, DI Card procedures, or visa rules change, affected pages are identified and updated. We monitor official government and airport sources on an ongoing basis for this purpose.
If a specific factual claim is found to be incorrect - for example, an incorrect stay limit, wrong submission window, or inaccurate visa eligibility - the error is corrected and the page is reviewed in full for related inaccuracies.
Information that was accurate at the time of publication but is no longer current is updated during our scheduled monthly review cycle or sooner when identified.
Where content is found to be confusing, ambiguous, or misleading - even if not technically incorrect - it is rewritten to more clearly represent the facts.
