What you need to complete the form online, and what to bring at immigration on arrival.
You do not need to upload any documents online. You simply need the correct information ready.
Have these details on hand before you start. The form takes about 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
Timing: You can submit the DI Card up to 7 days before departure. We recommend filling it in 24 to 48 hours before your flight, once your travel details are confirmed.
You will show physical or digital documents to the immigration officer when you land. Have these ready before you leave the airport in your home country.
Bring the following to immigration:

Yes. Every non-resident traveler needs their own DI Card, including babies and infants. There is no age exemption.
Parents or guardians complete the form for children. Each child must have their own individual DI Card - one family form is not allowed.

The DI Card is not a visa. It is a separate entry declaration that every non-resident must complete. Your visa requirement depends on your nationality.
Visa-free for Curaçao. Travelers from these countries can stay up to 90 days with only the DI Card.
USA (up to 180 days), Canada (up to 180 days), and Mexico are visa-free. Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, Uruguay and most CARICOM nations are also visa-free. DI Card only required.
Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and Mauritius - visa-free. DI Card only required.
Nationals of India, China, and the Dominican Republic do not need a visa if they hold a valid multiple-entry US, Canada, or Schengen visa. These travelers need only the DI Card.
Most travelers from Africa, South and Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Cuba, Haiti, and some parts of Latin America need a Dutch Caribbean short-stay visa plus the DI Card. This visa is valid for Curaçao, Aruba, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Saba, and Sint Eustatius.
Travel insurance is not mandatory to enter Curaçao. However, it is strongly recommended for every traveler. A good policy covers: medical expenses, hospitalization, and emergency repatriation.
